We saw so many beautiful things at Hycroft Mansion this year. These are just a few of them.

A visit wtih Santa . . .

We took Jaime's friend Brooklyn to Christmas at Hycroft with us this year, and the girls got to have a very special visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and a couple of elves. They all had a turn to sit with Santa to let him know what they wanted for Christmas this year. Brooklyn wants a wiggle car, Jaime wants the operation board game and Chelsea wants a monkey. That should not be too difficult for Santa to fulfill.

Chelsea was terrified as all 1 year olds would be.
Jaime was 5 and very curious.
After the event Jaime said, "Mommy, Santa's voice sounds like Daddy.
Very smart girl, that little one.

Christmas is coming . . .

Sweet Tracy from New Zealand scrapped this for me. I absolutey love her. Tracy, I hope you don't mind, I added the text. I love the crescent, the flowers, the ribbon, so pretty. Thank you so much for doing this for me. What a great RAK. I thank you, very much.

Happy Fall Everyone . . .

Family day . . . and after a breakfast of crumpets and jam, peaches and coffee (for the big kids) and juice (for the little kids), daddy went outside to clean up the leaves. The kids were so eager to help, they went out in their pajamas. Chelsea did put on water shoes, but Jaime was in barefeet. They did not last long outside. It is so nice to have the patio clean and leaf free, but those leaves just keep coming. We are very greatful for the clear, crisp, cool, dry fall days though as we know the alternative can be very wet. After we clean up the leaves, we are heading out to find some family fun. Enjoy Sunday everyone!

Halloween Night Sky

At the end of the fireworks on Halloween night, there was one final amazing flash of light in the sky.
